On The Mark Screen Print shall be also known as OTM

• We require 1/2 down and balance upon completion. Deposit paid with credit card or company check and balance paid by credit card or certified check. Work will not begin until deposit is made. 
• Once OTM received the deposit work will start. At this point cancellation may not be possible depending on whether items were purchased or not. Any possible cancellation of the order or any change of items in the order may result in a fee.
• You will receive a mockup rendering of your design in about 3-5 days. Coloring on a mockup may not be exactly what the final product will look like. Ink colors vary and may not exactly reproduce the image you are sent. Also, colors vary on screens so you may not see the same colors as produced on another computer screen.
• Customer is responsible to proof read all text on art and approve it before printing. Any errors made after approval are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• All art designs developed by OTM are the sole property of OTM and can be used to create designs for other buyers. Should you desire ownership of any design created by OTM then an additional charge will apply. 
• OTM reserves the right to turn down any job due to unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
• As shipping is free, any order returned for incorrect address given by the buyer will result in a reship fee TBD. 
• Jobs that can be picked up locally will qualify for slightly better pricing. Contact OTM for this pricing.
